The listed company Micromedia Britannia S.A. notified the ATHEX that on 17.12.2002 the merger of the company Micromedia Britannia S.A. (acquiring company) with the company G. Klaoudatos S.A. (acquired company) was approved by the Ministry of Development. Consequently, as of 18.12.2002, the trading of the shares of the acquired company G. Klaoudatos S.A. ceases. The President of the ATHEX Board of Directors, in order to secure the smooth operation of the market and the equal treatment of the shareholders of the acquiring and the acquired company approved, as in previous cases, according to article 11 of P.D. 350/85, as of 18.12.2002, the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of Micromedia Britannia S.A. until the new shares that resulted from the merger are deposited in the accounts of the eligible shareholders and the new shares start trading on the ATHEX.

To be noted that the start of trading of the new shares will be realized following the approval of the relevant Prospectus by the ATHEX BoD according to the time limits that sets the Regulation no 57 of the ATHEX BoD.
