Following the successful completion of the voluntary tender offer launched for 100% of the share capital of Titan Cement Company SA, TCI will become the ultimate holding company of the Titan Group (Titan). Titan is a multiregional cement and building materials producer. Business activities cover the production, transportation and distribution of cement, concrete, aggregates, fly ash, mortars and other building materials. The Group employs about 5,500 people and is present in 16 countries.
