As of 7.7.2003 the shares of the company SEX FORM S.A. are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights, in terms of 4 new CR shares for every 10 old CR shares held at an issue price of euro 0.70 per share.

According to Regulation no 24/273/10.6.2003 of the BoD of the CMC and Regulation no 45 of the ATHEX BoD, the trading limits of the share price only for the trading session of the ATHEX on 7.7.2003 are set as follows:

Adjusted price: euro 4.76

Closing price of the last date of trading (4.7.2003): euro 6.38.

Limit up +12%: euro 7.14

Limit up +18%: euro 7.52

Limit down -12%: euro 4.20

Limit down -18%: euro 3.92

According to the above and taking into account that in the OASIS subsystem as starting price is received the adjusted share price, the trading limits are set as follows:
