By the company ANEZOULAKIS BROS S.A. (FIERATEX) it is announced, according to the provisions of law 3556.2007, the 10th article par.1 of the law 3340.2005 and the article of 2 decision of 3.347.12-07-2005 of the Capital Market Committee, that as at 18.12.2009 were completed the procedures of signature of new loan convention amounting 1.500.000,00 euro with PROBANK S.A.
The credit limit that is forecasted by the convention will be used for financing working capital and-or publication of guaranteeing letters and-or credits on purchase of raw material from abroad.
