SIDENOR SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (article 21 in conjunction with article 3 par.1, (ist), (bb)) and in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on 29/12/2009, Mr. Constantine Natsis, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 20,000 company shares as a result of exercizing his stock option rights amounting to Euro 71,000, at the fourth year of application of the relevant stock option plan and which shares are floating in the Athens Exchange since 29/12/2009.
