The Board of Directors of GENIKI Bank S.A. at its meeting of November 25th, 2009 elected Mr. Christian Celin as non-executive member of the BoD replacing Mr. Eric Bellaiche.
The formation of Composition of the new BoD is as follows:

Mr. Jean - Didier Reigner: Non-Executive Member
Mr. Christian Celin : Non-Executive Member
Mr. David Bernard : Non-Executive Member
