Result of the disposal of fractional shares
Nireus SA announces that, according to the Decision 25/17/09 of the Head of the Division of Research of the Hellenic Capital Commission, the Company proceeded on 13.10.2009 with the disposal of 2.935 fractional shares, resulting from the merge by absorption of KEGO SA. The merge was concluded on November 10, 2008, according to the resolutions of the General Meeting of September 19, 2008.
The net result of the disposal amounted to euro 2.687,37 and has been deposited at the Deposits and Loans Fund (address Akadimias 40, 10174 Athens, tel. 210 36 94 100).
Eligible shareholders are kindly requested to contact the Shareholders Registry Department of NIREUS SA (210 66 98 335, IRO Ms Maria Kotsovou) as from Monday, October 26 2009, in order to receive a certificate indicating the amount to be collected. Such amount may be collected by the Deposits and Loans Fund upon presentation of the said certificate and their identification card.
