The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the independent Member of the Board of Directors, Mr BOTONAKIS GEORGIOS of NIKOLAOY (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) on December 28, 2009 sold 5.000 common shares, with a total net value of 17.601,00 euro
