The company ELEFTHERI TILEORASI S.A.(ALTER CHANNEL) announces, according to art. 19 par. 2 of Law 3556/2007, its intention to proceed to the amendment of article five of its by-laws by resolution of the Extraordinary Assembly, which is convened for the 26th of February 2010.
