The Company “PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A”. (hereafter the “Company”), in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 and article 16 of the c.l. 2190/1920 as it is in force, and in execution of the relevant decisions made by the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 16.12.2014 and of the Board of Directors of 27.04.2015, purchased treasury shares through the Athens Stock Exchange member EUROXX Securities as follows:

On 06.10.2016 the Company purchased 300 shares, with an average price of 4,0183 euro per share and of total value of 1.205,50 euro.
