Initial Recording of Securities 

• Charge for processing of folder for initial recording of Listed Issuer’s securities: €1,000 
   
• Further, the amounts below are charged according to the value of the issue:  
  • 0.20% for issue value up to €3,000,000
  • 0.15% for issue value from €3,000,000.01 to €9,000,000  
  • 0.10% for issue value €9,000,000.01 to €15,000,000
  • 0.05% for issue value from €15,000,000.01 and up 
     

Minimum charge per initial recording amounts to €3,000.  

Issue value is determined by the multiple of the listing price of each share, multiplied by the amount of shares. 

Charges of Maintaining Securities 

• The following charges occur according to the value of listed shares: 
  • 0.0015% for value up to €40,000,000  
  • 0.0010% for value from €40,000,000.01 to €100,000,000  
  • 0.0005% for value from €100,000,000.01 to €200,000,000
  • 0.0001% for value from €200,000,000.01 and up 
     

Maximum charge amounts to €2,500, while the yearly charge amounts to €600.
