The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,522,117 corresponding to 1.37% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 15.176 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

The Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. in its meeting of 7 November 2022 decided the distribution of a gross amount of Euro 0.40 per share as interim dividend for the year 2022.
