Announcement of Regulated Information based on Law 3556/2007

Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company,  Ms. Lydia Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, on 2/11/2022  proceeded with the purchase of  1.500 shares of  total value of  729,99 Euro.

Acquisition of own shares

 KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A., with VAT No EL094289571 and Reg. ID 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that, according to the resolution of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 05.07.2022, as well as following the announcement as of 04.10.2022, on 02.11.2022, purchased through the Athens Exchange 3,000 own shares at an average price of €5.3083 per share, and a total value of €15,925.00

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 2nd, 2022 it effected purchases of 27,000 Company shares of total value EUR 472,405.00 (average price per share: EUR 17.496).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,486,712 corresponding to 1.34% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 15.116 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
