Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company,  Ms. Ioulia Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, on 1/11/2022 proceeded with the purchase of 4.000 shares of total value of 1.936,40  Euro.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on November 1^st, 2022 it effected purchases of 20,146 Company shares of total value EUR 350,344.66 (average price per share: EUR 17.390).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,459,712 corresponding to 1.32% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 15.072 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the "Company") announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting dated 02.12.2021, on 31.10.2022 acquired through the Athens Exchange 8,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.3831 euro per share, of an aggregate value 27,065.00 euro and on 01.11.2022 acquired 8,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.410 euro per share, of an aggregate value 27,280.00 euro. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA.
