The 644,631 new (CR) shares of the company "COCA-COLA HBC AG" (CH0198251305) are admitted to trading on the Athens Exchange following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan. On January 10, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 369,930,157 (CR) shares.

Ιn accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 5/862/19.12.2019 and following the approval of the request of the company "SILANER INVESTMENTS LIMITED" for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "F.G. EUROPE S.A." (GRS083003012) on ATHEX is ceased.
