CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX MARKET INDICES

The Athens Exchange announces the changes that will take place in the composition of the ATHEX Market Indices in accordance with the provisions of the Ground Rules for the Management of the indices, with regards to the handling of the suspension of trading of the shares of the company "MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A." which on Tuesday 26 May has been in effect for 10 working days.

The Ground Rules for the Management of the indices of both ATHEX Index Series, as well as FTSE/ATHEX Index Series, stipulate the removal of the shares of the company from the composition of the indices in which it participates at a zero share price, in order for the effect of the deletion of trading to be accurately reflected by mutual fund administrators and by issuers of index tracking products.

In particular, the following changes will be implemented:

• As a result of the zero price of the share in index composition, the closing price of the index in question on Tuesday 26 May, as well as the starting price on Wednesday 27 May, will differ by the weight of the shares of the company in its composition.
• In indices where an immediate replacement is required (Composite Index, Composite Index Total Return and ATHEX Select Index), this will be made after the end of trading on Wednesday 27 May, in order for the market to provide adequate time concerning the impending replacement.
• The selection of the replacement is made based on the methodology in the Ground  Rules for the Management of each index based on the closing prices on Monday 25 May.

In detail, the following changes will take place in the composition of the indices:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index & Athex Composite Index Total Return

The weight of the shares of the company, at the closing of the trading session on Tuesday 26 May, in the composition of the index is 0.03%, and is equal to the effect of zeroing the share price at the starting price of the index during the trading session on Wednesday 27 May.

Replacement of the shares of the company by the shares of the company "P. PETROPOULOS S.A." with an investability weight of 49% and capping factor 1.0.

• ATHEX Select Index

The weight of the shares of the company, at the closing of the trading session on Tuesday 26 May, in the composition of the index is 0.83%, and is equal to the effect of zeroing the share price at the starting price of the index during the trading session on Wednesday 27 May.

Replacement of the shares of the company by the shares of the company "CNL CAPITAL E.K.E.S. - AIFM S.A." with an investability weight of 70% and capping factor 1.0.

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The weight of the shares of the company, at the closing of the trading session on Tuesday 26 May, in the composition of the index is 0.02%, and is equal to the effect of zeroing the share price at the starting price of the index during the trading session on Wednesday 27 May.

The shares of the company are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Technology

The weight of the shares of the company, at the closing of the trading session on Tuesday 26 May, in the composition of the index is 2.09%, and is equal to the effect of zeroing the share price at the starting price of the index during the trading session on Wednesday 27 May.

The shares of the company are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company "P. PETROPOULOS S.A."  are removed from the index after the end of trading on Wednesday 27 May and replace by the shares of the company «VOGIATZOGLOU SYSTEMS S.A.» with investability weight 18%.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE HELLENIC CORPORATE BOND INDICES

Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes in the composition of the «Hellenic Corporate Bond» Indices that will be effective from the session of Wednesday 27 May 2020:

Bond Deletions

• Bond maturing on 10/07/21 of the company «MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.» of amount outstanding €4.0mil with ISIN code «GRC422116743»
• Bond maturing on 31/08/22 of the company «MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.» of amount outstanding €6.0mil with ISIN code «GRC4221178B3»
• Bond maturing on 25/07/24 of the company «MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.» of amount outstanding €6.7mil with ISIN code «GRC4221197B3»

The bonds will be removed from the composition of the indices in zero price.
