CORPORATE ACTIONS

After consideration of the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of the company "DUROS S.A." (GRS392193009) is lifted on ATHEX.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A." (GRS395363005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €0.49 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.09 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
