STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

AVAX SA announces, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3016/2002 and decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 05.11.2019 to appoint Mr George Koliopoulos as new Internal Auditor starting on 11.11.2019, replacing Mr Anastasios Tsakanikas who assumes Management Consultant duties in the Group.
