The Société Anonyme with the trade name “ELLAKTOR SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, and the distinctive title “ELLAKTOR SA” announces, in accordance with Regulations (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament & Council and of the Athens Stock Exchange, that Mr. Apostolos Tzavellos assumes as of today 20.06.2022 the position of Chief Operating Officer in the subsidiary company AKTOR S.A.

The executive Chairman of AKTOR S.A., Mr. Christos Panagiotopoulos, in the next Board of Directors meeting of the company (which will take place next week), will assume, in addition to his role as Chairman, the duties of Managing Director of AKTOR S.A.

The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of AKTOR S.A., Mr. Georgios Kotoulas, remains with the company as Management Consultant.
