KRI-KRI MILK INDUSTRY S.A. (“KRI-KRI” or the “Company”) announces, in accordance with par. 4.1.3.4 of ATHEX Exchange Rulebook, that the Company's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of July 7^th, 2020, approved the distribution of dividend of fiscal year 2019 of gross amount €0.18 per share.

The dividend is subject to withholding tax 5%, according to art. 64 of Law 4172/2013, i.e. €0.009 per share, and therefore shareholders will receive net payable dividend €0.171 per share.

Beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders registered in Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) records on Friday, August 21^st, 2020 (record date). The ex-dividend date is Thursday, August 20^th, 2020.

The payment of the dividend will commence on Wednesday, August 26^th, 2020 by “PIRAEUS BANK” as follows:

1. Through the operators of DSS, for Shareholders who have authorized their operators to receive dividends.
2. By deposit to the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), declared by the Shareholder, in accordance with article 13 of the Regulation of Operation of DSS and decision no. 6 of the BoD of ATHEXCSD. This is only applicable to Shareholders who have declared an IBAN of PIRAEUS BANK.
3. Through PIRAEUS BANK branch network, for those Shareholders who have not authorized their operators to receive dividends or revoked that authorization.

For the collection of the dividend through PIRAEUS BANK branch network, up until 31.12.2020, the Shareholder must present his Identification Card and a printout of the DSS account information. Payment to a third person is only possible with the presentation of a letter of proxy, duly signed and ratified by a competent authority, with the full details (name, father's name, ID number, tax registration number) of the beneficiary Shareholder and his proxy.

After 31.12.2020, the collection of dividend can only by made from Company's headquarters (3^rd km Serres-Drama, Serres, Greece, tel: +30 2321068300).

Dividends not collected within five (5) years are written off, in favor of the Greek state.
