Announcement of Important Event

The company ELLAKTOR S.A., following its previous announcement on 18.12.2020 regarding the agreement of shareholder INVESCO FINANCE S.A for the acquisition of an additional holding and the corresponding voting rights of 18.3346% in ELLAKTOR S.A. (from the legal entity PEMANOARO LIMITED) expiring on 12.01.2021, informs the Investment Community that following a notification it received on 14.01.2021, the transaction did not take place on 12.01.2021.

According to the received notification, the agreement undergoes amendments in order to transfer the entire stake of PEMANOARO LIMITED in ELLAKTOR.

The Company informs the Investment Community that more detailed information about this development will be provided at the soonest possible time.
