The Company “Antonios Svoronos & Partners Advisory and Management Services Single Member Private Company” which is a Legal Entity closely related to Mr. Antonios Svoronos, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, bought 31.950 shares of our company (corresponding to 31.950 voting rights) at an average price of 0,4 euro per share.

This announcement is made in the context of disclosure of the transactions of persons carrying out Managerial Duties in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in accordance with article 21 of Law 3556/2007.
