Intercontinental International REIC, following the 14.11.2019 announcement concerning the successful bidding offer at the public tender organized by Piraeus Real Estate S.A, as Real Estate Investment Advisor of Piraeus Bank SA, for the acquisition of an independent property located at 13, Tsakalov Street in Athens, informs its Shareholders and investors, that on the basis of current economic sentiment effected by SARS COVID-19 pandemic and after respective discussions with the organizer of the public tender, will not proceed with the acquisition of the said property.
