LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) announces, in accordance with the Athens Exchange Regulation, Law 3556/2007 and Regulation 596/2014/EU, each as applicable, that pursuant to the TR1 notification of the Company's shareholder “Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A.” (CLH) dated 28 July 2020 that the Company received, the total shareholding interest of CLH in the Company's share capital and voting rights fell from 50.62% to 42.20% following consecutive transactions that took place on 24 and 27 July 2020.
