LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that Mr. Vassiliοs Baloumis, Financial Director of the Company, on the 6^th December, 2019 bought 3,000 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 7.24 euro and with total amount of 21,720.00 euro and 4,737 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase, at an average price of 0.624 euro, with total amount of 2,956.26 euro
