Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company, the related natural person Mr. Georgios Vadiakas (husband of the Executive Member of the Board of Directors Ms. Anastasia Chaida), on 30-11-2022, purchased 50.000 shares of the company IKTINOS HELLAS SA. of a total value of 25.900 euros.
