According to L.3556/2007, GEK TERNA SA discloses that a notification was received by the legal entity PERGE LTD, connected to Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS, executive member, Chairman and CEO of the Board of Directors of the Company, according to which on April 16, 2021 there was a change (increase) in his withholding voting rights, which exceeded 5% and specifically:

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction:

In total 7,500,000 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 7.2518 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 103,423,291.

Therefore, the shareholder, Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS, also announced the change (increase) in his voting rights and specifically:

Direct 16,576,307 shares and voting rights, thus 16.0276 % of the total voting rights and Indirect 11,517,857 shares and voting rights, thus 11.1366 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

In total 28,094,164 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 27.1643 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction:

Direct 16,576,307 shares and voting rights, thus 16.0276 % of the total voting rights and Indirect 14,196,428 shares and voting rights, thus 13.7265 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

In total 30,772,735 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 29.7542 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 103,423,291.  

The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS that the notification refers to the purchase of voting rights by the connected legal entity RERGE LTD, which exceeded 5%.
