The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

• Zalek S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of The Board of Directors and Executive Member), purchased on September 20^th of 2023 10,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.4921 euro per share.

• Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Executive Member of the company's BoD and CEO of the Group) purchased on September 20^th of 2023, 2,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.5365 euro per share, as well as he purchased on September 21^st of 2023 3,000 common shares in total at the average price of 7.38282 euro per share.
