Jumbo SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as amended and in force, Circular 33/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that “FMR LLC” notified the company on January 27^st, 2023 that on January 26^th, 2023 the percentage of voting rights of “Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC” was 8,99% and is included to the total percentage of voting rights held indirectly by “FMR LLC”. In accordance to the above notification, the total number of the voting rights of Jumbo S.A. that “FMR LLC” held indirectly on January 26th, 2023 was 13.590.010 or 9,99%, while the percentage according to the previous notification was 10,99%.
