BriQ Properties REIC (the Company) announces pursuant to the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHATRUST ANDROMEDA, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Phaedon Tamvakakis, independent non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on December 2, 2019, 40.750 rights issue of the Company of a total value of € 827,19.
