(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis, person obliged to notify pursuant to aforementioned laws, according to his notifications towards the Company, sold on 11.12.2019, 235 Futures on common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 229,622.00 and on 12.12.2019 sold 10 Futures on common shares of the Company of a total value of Euro 9,865.00.
