ANNOUNCEMENT

PPC S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that Mr. Grigorios Logothetis, executive of PPC S.A., bought on 12.3.2020, 5,100  shares of the Company, with a total value of €9,565.05 and sold on 26.3.2020, 5,100  shares of the Company, with a total value of €11,747.12.
