ANNOUNCEMENT

PPC S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that Mr. Konstantinos Alexandridis, Chief Financial Officer of PPC S.A., bought on 29.9.2020, 4,000  shares of the Company, with a total value of €20,160.
