Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

“SPACE HELLAS S.A. TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE” hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (as in force) and following relevant notifications received today from the hereinafter shareholders,  that the following  changes took place:   

Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos notified in common with Mrs. Maria Valiraki the opening of a Joint Investment Account with his spouse. Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos transferred from his individual investment account (today 26.10.2020), 987,527 common registered voting shares, i.e. percentage of 15,295% of the total 6,456,530 common registered shares to the abovementioned Joint Investment Account (MANOLOPOULOS SPYRIDON-VALIRAKI MARIA). 

Regardless of the abovementioned transfer, there has not been any change to the percentage of Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos. He holds, namely 1,112,527 common registered voting shares, i.e. a percentage of 17.23% of common registered shares with voting rights (15,295% corresponding to 987,527 common registered shares at the Joint Investment Account with his spouse (MANOLOPOULOS SPYRIDON-VALIRAKI MARIA) and 1,936% corresponding to 125,000 common registered shares to the Joint Investment Account (EVGENIA MANOLOPOULOU-SPYRIDON MANOLOPOULOS). Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos does not possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.

Following the abovementioned transfer, Mrs. Maria Valiraki's (spouse of Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos) percentage increased from 0% to 15.295% (987.527 common registered voting shares) due to the participation in the Joint Investment Account (MANOLOPOULOS SPYRIDON-VALIRAKI MARIA). Mrs Valiraki Maria does not possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.
