EPSILON NET S.A., in accordance with the current legislation, following the Board of Director's resolution (dated September 24, 2020) and its announcement on ΑΤΗΕΧ dated on September 24, 2020, in order to inform the investment community, announces, that the Company sold the total of its treasury shares amounted on 24,949 shares on September 25, 2020, with average price € 2.70 per share and total value € 67,362.30.

The above-mentioned shares were bought with average price € 1.4567 and total value € 36,342.62, in accordance to the Annual General Meetings decisions on 29.06.2018

The Company no longer owns any treasury shares.
