PPC S.A. announces:

a)    the appointment of Mr. Kofinas Kyriakos as Chief E-Mobility Officer

Mr. Kyriakos Kofinas has 27 years of Executive Career in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Held positions as Regional CEO, Business Director, Principal and as Head Coach in FMCG, Medical, Retail, Luxury, Executive Search, and in e-Mobility. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Athens, an ΜΒΑ from the Manchester Business School and an MSc in E-Commerce  from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a certified Executive & Business Coach.

b)   the appointment of Mr. Zagalikis Konstantinos as Chief Digital Systems Development & Operation Officer.

Mr. Konstantinos Zagalikis has many years of experience in the field of consulting and IT services, with particular emphasis on Digital Transformation.

He has held important managerial positions in Vodafone, IBM Hellas and Printec Group, while later on, he was appointed as CIO in Forthnet- Nova. He had a leading role in the transformation of information systems (BSS-OSS) in Huawei, for DU Telecommunications in Dubai. Until recently he held the position of Operations Director in Tech Mahindra.

He holds a B.Eng. in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Sussex in the UK and a M.Sc in Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Essex in the UK.
