Appointment of Executives

EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community that, according to the BoD Decision 20227/17-04-2019, decided the abolishment of the Executive Division of Financial Services and the Executive Division of Human Resources and the establishment of the new Executive Division of Finance and Development, in which the following executives are appointed:

-       Mrs. Eleni Spyropoulou, as Deputy Executive Director of Financial Services.

-       Mrs. Athina Saini, as Deputy Executive Director of Human Resources.

-       Mr. Spiridon Kiriakis, as Deputy Executive Director of Supply Chain.

-       Mrs. Martha Plexida, as Deputy Executive Director of Digital Transformation.
