Closure of the transfer of the shares held by INTRALOT

in Hellenic Lotteries to OPAP

OPAP, following its announcement dated 23.07.2019, notifies that the transfer of all Intralot's shares in Hellenic Lotteries S.A. to OPAP has been completed, for a total consideration of Euro Twenty Million (euro 20,000,000).
