Today, the 20^th day of January 2020, TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A. held an Extraordinary General Assembly, in which the sole shareholder, TERNA ENERGY S.A., participated legally and the following decision was made:

The General Assembly elected Mr. Georgios Kouvaris, as independent non-executive member of the BoD, who fulfills the conditions of independence as provided for by the provisions of article 4 of Law 3016/2002, replacing Mr. Konstantinos Baslis for the remainder of his term of office, i.e. until June 30, 2022.
