DELISITNG OF R ENERGY 1 SHARES FROM THE ECM OF THE CYPRUS STOCK EXCHANGE

Athens, January 31, 2023 – R Energy 1 today announced that, following the respective decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company's shareholders dated December 7, 2022, the Cyprus Stock Exchange has approved the delisting of its shares from the Emerging Companies Market (ECM), effective January 27, 2023.

On the same date, R Energy 1's titles were also delisted from the Central Securities Depository and Central Registry, in accordance with Article 19 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law.

It should be noted that, R Energy 1 Holding now owns 100% of R Energy 1's shares.
