Departure of Deputy CEOs of PPC S.A.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Public Power Corporation announces that Mr. Dimitri Tzanninis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of PPC S.A., who had the supervision of the Finance, the Support Operations, and the Strategy & Transformation Divisions and Mr. Gregory Kostakis, who had the supervision of the Mines, the Generation, the Supply Business Units and the Corporate Development Division, left their positions of Deputy CEOs of the Company.

The company will follow the required procedures for their replacement.
