For your information, please be advised that the Annual General Assembly of our Company's stockholders has approved the payment of dividends from the fiscal year's 2002 earnings, in the amount of EUR (2,00) two per share. The stockholders as at the end of daily operations of Athens Stock Exchange at June 26, 2003 will be entitled to the dividend payment.
