The management of the Anonymous Company under the name «FLEXOPACK SOCIETE ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY » (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») announces that a new legal entity was established in Copenhagen of Denmark, under the name « FLEXOPACK DENMARK APS ».

This new legal entity is fully owned by «FLEXOPACK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED» which is a (100%) subsidiary of the Company. Its activity is expected to start in the near future.

The establishment of the above legal entity is part of the strategic plan of Flexopack Group aiming to the expansion and improvement of the global sales and distribution network. In particular the new entity will focus on strengthening and substantially expanding the presence of Flexopack Group to Denmark and at the same time serve efficiently this market.
