EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (The Company) announces, in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that by decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 21 May 2019, the dividend for the year 2018 amounts to 0.13 euro per share. From the above gross amount, the dividend tax of 10% (€ 0.013 per share) is deducted and therefore the dividend received by the shareholders will amount to a net amount of € 0.117 per share.

Beneficiaries of the above dividend under the record date are registered in the DSS. investors on Thursday 30 May 2019 (Dividend cut on Wednesday 29 May 2019 before the opening of the meeting).

The payment of the dividend will take place on Tuesday 4 June 2019 by the paying bank PIRAEUS BANK, as follows:

1. Through the operators of the beneficiaries in DSS (Banks, Custodians and Brokerage Companies) in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4. of the ATHEX Rulebook. and 39 of the Code of Operation of the DSS.

2. Through the Branch Network of PIRAEUS BANK as of Tuesday 4 June 2019 for those shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS operator. or have their shares in the Special Account of their Shares.

3. For those of the shareholders who can not be credited through their operators for various reasons, it will be possible to collect the dividend from Monday, June 10, 2019 through PIRAEUS BANK's Branch Network.

4. By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has stated that he wishes to receive the distributed amounts according to article 13 of the DSS Operation Regulation. and Decision No. 6 of the Board of Directors. of the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive them through their Operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the paying Bank "Piraeus Bank SA".

The collection of the dividend in the cases (2) and (3) above is possible until 31.12.2024 (ie until its expiry) and is effected by the notification of KAME (Investor ID / DSS) and the display of the ID card, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
