• Release of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2020 and post on the company's website (www.kekrops.gr) and on the ATHEX website (www.helex.gr): Thursday 29^th April 2021.
• Annual analysts' briefing on the company's financial results for the Fiscal Year 2020 (Press Release): Friday 14^th May, 2021
• Shareholders' Annual General Meeting: Wednesday 23^rd June, 2021

The Company will not distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2020.

The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates, after informing the investor community in good time with an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Hellenic Exchanges' Regulation.
