Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2020:

Wednesday, 21st of April 2021 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Analysts' annual briefing, for the for the fiscal year 2020 financial results (conference call):

Friday, 23rd of April 2021.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 6th of July 2021.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 12th of August 2021.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 13th of August 2021.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 18th of August 2021.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
