Consolidated profit before taxes of ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. rose to euro111.56 million compared to euro 77.57 million in 2001, increased by 43.82%, while the same figure after deduction of minority rights rose to euro 84.28 million compared to euro 64.29 million in 2001, increased by 31.09%. The consolidated turnover rose to euro 808.34 million, compared to euro 593.85 million in 2001, increased by 36.12%.

In the first consolidated accounting statement of AKTOR SA, consolidated profit before taxes rose to euro 105,38 million, and after deduction of minority rights to euro 105.36 million. The consolidated turnover rose to euro 808.81 million.

The AKTOR SA backlog, according signed contracts, is in excess of euro 1,300 million.

Regarding pre-consolidation results:

Profit before taxes: euro 19.94 million compared to euro 36.27 million.

It should be pointed out that comparison of the figures with the respective period of the previous year is not possible, due to the spin-off of the constructions sector.

Turnover: euro 749.66 million compared to euro 244.56 million, increased by 206.54%. Profit before taxes: euro 104.82 million compared to euro 40.28 million, increased by 160.20%.

It should be noted that the company figures for the current accounting year include figures from the acquisition of the constructions sectors from ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI and TEB.

REDS SA (previously A.KAMBAS REAL ESTATE S.A.) shows the following results: Consolidated Turnover: euro 480.39 thousand compared to euro 7.35 thousand.
Loss before taxes: euro 2,318.30 thousand compared to 1,896 thousand.
Loss after deduction of minority rights: euro 2,281.48 thousand compared to euro 1,896 thousand.
Pre-consolidation results:
Turnover: euro 9,029.11 thousand compared to euro 7.35 thousand.
Loss before taxes: euro 383.23 thousand compared to euro 1,360.99 thousand.
