Athens, Greece · February 25th, 2003. Intralot has been awarded a contract from the FYROM Lottery Organization ?Lotarija na Makedonija? for the supply, implementation, support and operation of an integrated on-line lottery system. With the new agreement, Intralot concludes its geographical expansion in Balkans while the company's operations in Greece, Cyprus, Yugoslavia, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey reinforces its position as the leader supplier of lottery systems and services at this European region.

In this 6 years agreement Intralot has undertaken the installation of new on-line terminals at the agencies as well as the expansion to new points of sale. The Organization offers games such as: Lotto, Fixed odds betting, Bingo, Instant tickets and slot machines.

The start up of the operation will take place at the end of 2003 and the remuneration of Intralot is based on a percentage of games' turnover.

In parallel, the agreement foresees the expansion of the cooperation to new media and games such as the organization and operation of Video Lotto with the use of Intralot' s integrated lottery systems via the existing distribution channels.

The lottery market in FYROM constitutes one of the faster growing markets - after the problems that the country faced recently - and is expected that with the launch of new games, sales will exceed ?40 million Euro annually.

It worth mentioning that with its modernization, ?Lotarija na Makedonija? can take part in multi · jurisdictional games in Balkans, which are expected to contribute to Lottery's revenue increase.
