PPC S.A. announces that, during the Meeting of the Board of Directors of HEDNO that took place on Thursday, October 17, 2019 following the election of Messrs. Nikolaos Bakatselos, Anastasios Manos, Socratis Vertelis,  Ioannis Dimitriadis, Elias Padouvas, Christina Lappa  Aikaterini Onoufriadou and Dimitrios Santixis as new members of the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting of HEDNO' s Shareholder, the Board of Directors of its - 100% subsidiary of PPC S.A. - Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO S.A.) was formed into a body as follows:

The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors of HEDNO S.A. will expire on October 16, 2022.
The term of office of the member of the Board of Directors Mr. Konstantinos Masouras will expire on 27.6.2022.
