Mr Konstantinos Alexandridis new Chief Financial Officer

PPC S.A. announces that Mrs Alexandra Konida resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer to assume a new role in the banking sector.

 PPC would like to cordially thank Mrs Konida for her valuable contribution in the financial management of the Company and to wish her success in her next professional steps.

 Mr Konstantinos Alexandridis is appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr Alexandridis is an economist with many years experience in Financial Management of listed companies.

 Mr Alexandridis joins PPC Group following a ten year tenure in OTE Group (member of Deutsche Telekom Group) where among others he has served as Corporate Projects Director of the Group.

 He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina, an MSc in Decision Modelling and Information Systems from Brunel University UK and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
